STAY AMONG THE TREES. RELAX IN NATURE

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is Bickley Tree Stay suitable for recovery stays or medical rest?

Bickley Tree Stay is a nature-based short-stay accommodation, not a medical, rehabilitation or retreat facility.

Due to our hillside location, stairs, natural terrain and limited accessibility, the property may not be suitable for guests requiring post-hospital recovery, rehabilitation stays or specialised care.

Guests with specific mobility, medical or support needs are encouraged to contact us before booking to ensure the property is suitable for their individual requirements.

Is the property accessible?

Due to the natural hillside location, Bickley Tree Stay is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or wheelchair access. Access to the accommodation involves walking on uneven ground and using stairs.

We recommend guests have a reasonable level of mobility to safely enjoy the property.

Is the property suitable for children?

Children are welcome at Bickley Tree Stay, however young children must be supervised by an adult at all times due to the elevated design, stairs, balconies and natural surroundings.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children’s safety during their stay.

Are there stairs?

Yes. As Bickley Tree Stay is located in an elevated natural environment, stairs are required to access the accommodation and some outdoor areas.

Guests should take care when moving around the property, especially in wet weather.

Is the water drinkable?

Yes. The property operates on filtered rainwater, which is safe for drinking and everyday use. This is common for rural Perth Hills properties.

As we rely on natural rainwater supply, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage.

What is the maximum occupancy?

The maximum occupancy is:

• Red Gum Guest Suite – maximum 4 guests
• Eco Cabins (Jarrah, Marri and Banksia – coming soon) – maximum 2 adults per cabin

Additional guests must be approved prior to arrival and may incur an additional fee. This ensures comfort, safety and compliance with our licensing requirements.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free on-site parking is available for guests near the accommodation.

Due to the rural nature of the property, we recommend standard passenger vehicles. Access for very low vehicles or large buses may be limited.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and may incur a small fee to cover additional preparation time.

Are there noise restrictions?

Yes. As Bickley Tree Stay is located in a peaceful residential and nature area, we ask guests to respect quiet hours.

Quiet hours:
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted unless pre-approved as part of a booked function package.

Do guests use the property at their own risk?

Bickley Tree Stay is located in a natural bush setting with elevated structures, stairs, decks and uneven ground. While we take reasonable care to maintain the property for guest safety, guests acknowledge that staying in a nature-based environment involves some inherent risks.

By confirming a booking, guests agree to take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of those in their group during their stay.

Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring the property is suitable for their individual needs.
